CANCELLATIONS

 

To best serve my clients and my mental sanity, I require a minimum 48-hour notice via telephone to cancel or change any appointment. Cancellations on short notice prohibit other clients from being able to fill that slot. To ensure my cancellation policy is upheld, I require a credit card to book any appointment. Cancellations made with less than a 48-hour notice may be subject to a charge of 50% of the booked appointment value. Thank you in advance for respecting our policy.

NO - SHOWS

 

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointments, without contacting the salon to cancel, you will be subject to pay the FULL AMOUNT of the services reserved. You will be also be required to have a credit card on file to secure any future bookings. Please note that to cancel your appointments during GHC opened hours, I do require a phone call (leave a voice mail if I don’t answer) in order to late cancel your appointments. 

Clients who no show on more than one occasion will be required to pay in full before any appointments are booked.

LATE - SHOW

 

Out of respect for all of my clients, guests arriving after the start time of their appointment may be asked to reschedule. When possible I will do our best to alter your services so that I can offer you an appointment upon your arrival.

CHILDREN

 

I love kids - but I kindly ask that you book yourself an appointment that allows you to come into my salon and relax, away from your children. For liability and scheduling reasons GOOD HAIR CLUB is a CHILD FREE ZONE. The same applies, if you bring your child to your service, you will have to take them home before you can have services completed. If this results in you having to miss or cancel your appointment, policy fees will be applied.

RETAIL

 

Returns on retail items will be given store credit only- no cash refunds. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be returned.
